Join Us for Our March Events!

Park Regency invites you to come and participate in any and all of our activities. Here are some of the exceptional programs coming to Park Regency in March.

Loveland Historical Society member Sharon Danhauer presents a slideshow on the history of Loveland on March 7th, 2012, at 2PM.
The presentation will focus on the first permanent settler in the Big Thomas Valley. Mariano Medina was quite a character--an old mountain man and a famous frontiersman. Please come and join us for this colorful and entertaining afternoon.

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day and the Luck of the Irish on Saturday, March 17th, 2012, at 2PM.
Jim Turner and Sue Stormo will perform some good ole Irish tunes, as well as some old-time favorites for everyone to enjoy. Refreshments will be served. Feel free to invite family and friends to join the celebration!

Other news:

Hardcover book wanted
Our library is looking for hardcover books to add to our library. We would like to rotate out some of the books we have had for years. Mysteries, adventure, and romance novels do well with our residents. We also have a section of religious inspirational books. Reader's Digest in hard cover would be welcome. Please no paperbacks unless like new and no magazines including National Geographic. If you would like to drop some books off, you can leave them at the front desk. Thank you for any consideration you can give this request. We need to keep our resident librarian busy.

Jerry and Judy's Trip to Israel
Our administrator and his wife (our nurse) are traveling to Israel in a few weeks and as part of that trip they will visit Jerusalem and the Wailing Wall. They are accepting written prayer requests on a 2" square piece of paper that can be folded into a 1" square that can then be inserted between the stones of the wall by Jerry and Judy. Precut prayer request cards are available at the front desk. Please see our receptionist to get a card or to turn in your prayer request. The requests need to be in by March 10th, 2012.

Valentine's Program and Other Upcoming Activites

On Wednesday, February 22nd, 2012 at 2:00 PM, John Reed Austin will be here to perform for our Valentine's Program. Austin is an excellent sax player. He is one of the residents' favorite performers, and his shows are always fun and enjoyable. Please join us for this wonderful time.

Reminder: This Thursday, February 16th, at 6:12 PM, we will have a discussion with the administrator in the dining room. Our administrator, Jerry Bootzin, will be reviewing in detail the quality control issues we have been studying and how the results have impacted the daily lives of our residents and staff as we implement new policies and procedures this month. All residents and family members are invited. Refreshments will be served.

Other upcoming events to remember:

Friday, February 24th, at 2:00 PM in the Activity Room, we will have a Chinese New Year Party and Celebration.

Wednesday, February 29th, at 2:00 PM in the Activity Room, we will have our monthly birthday party. Every month, Park Regency has a party to celebrate every resident who has had a birthday that month, complete with entertainment. This month Ragtime Rhythm will perform.

You can always view our entire monthly calendar on our website, http://www.parkregency.us/.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Who do you love?

Here at Park Regency, we're not just a building, or an assisted living center. We're a community.

With multiple community areas and lots of varied activities, our residents have many times and ways to socialize with each other, and build and grow new friendships.

Our staff members make it their goal to help and serve you, our residents, making you as comfortable as possible. And with such wonderful residents and caring staff, we have great staff-resident relations. Should a problem arise, we always try to work it out to the satisfaction of all parties, and make it right in the best way possible. We want you to know you're surrounded with people who care about you and your welfare, and who you can trust. We're here to serve you, but we're also your friends & family.

At Park Regency, we love our residents, and we love what we do!

From all of us at Park Regency, Happy Valentine's Day!
